Organization
The International Council
The Council is a collegial and independent body composed of representatives from federations and organizations of countries or their designate. It is the nucleus of the organization that formulates the guiding principles, policies, directions, resolutions, issuances and technical rulings, and arbitration of organizational disputes. The Council is the guardian of the federation’s philosophy.
The International Secretariat
The secretariat is the alliance’s administrative arm and center of coordination, communication, information and records keeper. The base is in Manila, Philippines.
The Committees
Committees are formed to handle special task on matters pertaining to Technical, Membership and Continuing Education and other related works. It is appointed by the Council.
All country organizations are encouraged to establish the appropriate committees.
